Terms of Business

These are the general terms on which H4 Global Private Limited quotes, supplies, installs and supports equipment. Where a signed contract, purchase order or tender award exists, the terms of that document take precedence over anything here.

The information on this site is provided in good faith for general guidance. Cost figures, price ranges and lead times quoted in our guides are indicative and reflect market conditions at the time of writing — they are not offers and they are not quotations. Import pricing and exchange rates move; treat published ranges as a planning aid, not a commitment.

Quotations

• Quotations are valid for the period stated on the document. Where no period is stated, fourteen days applies, because landed cost genuinely moves.
• Lead times are stated per line and are estimates based on current supply conditions. Where clearance or shipping delays a line, we notify you when it occurs rather than when you ask.
• Where a quotation follows a site survey, it is based on conditions observed at that survey. Undisclosed or concealed conditions may require a variation, which we will price and agree with you before proceeding.
• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the document.

Orders and delivery

• An order is confirmed on receipt of a purchase order or written acceptance of a quotation.
• Delivery is against a challan itemised to the purchase order. Receipt is signed against an itemised list rather than a carton count, and you are entitled to verify serials before signing acceptance.
• Risk passes on delivery. Title passes on receipt of full payment.
• Shortages or transit damage must be noted on the challan at the point of delivery, and reported to us within three working days.

Installation

• Installation is carried out by our technicians during agreed access windows. Where access is not available as agreed, resulting delay or additional visits may be chargeable.
• You are responsible for providing safe access, adequate power provision at the point of installation, and any permissions required for work in the building.
• Commissioning and handover are complete when the installation has been tested and the documentation set provided.

Warranty and support

• Equipment carries the manufacturer warranty term stated per line on the quotation. We administer claims on your behalf for the duration of that coverage.
• Warranty excludes consumables, physical and liquid damage, damage arising from inadequate power protection, and consequential loss. See oursupport page for a fuller explanation.
• Annual maintenance contracts are governed by the specific terms of that agreement, including its response commitments, parts coverage and scope.

Payment

Payment terms are as stated on the quotation or as agreed for account customers. Where equipment must be imported or ordered specifically against your requirement, an advance may be required and will be stated at quotation stage rather than requested later.

Liability

Our liability in respect of any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost data or contractual penalties arising from equipment failure. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
