Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

IT equipment supplier in Peshawar

Supply, installation and after-sales support from inside Khyber Pakhtunkhwa — not a national supplier treating Peshawar as an outstation.

Peshawar is roughly two hours from our base in Malakand Division, and it is a route we run every week rather than a city we visit when a job justifies the trip. National suppliers headquartered in Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad genuinely do serve Peshawar, but they serve it as an outstation: a survey scheduled for whenever an engineer is next travelling north, a two-week lead time on anything requiring a physical visit, and a warranty claim that means shipping equipment out of the province and waiting.

Being inside the province changes the practical arithmetic. A site survey is a same-week appointment rather than a scheduling negotiation. A failed switch or camera is a visit, not a logistics exercise. Warranty claims are administered in KPK, and where we hold spares for account customers a failure becomes a swap rather than a wait. None of this is technically sophisticated — it simply requires being close enough to turn up, which is exactly what a supplier flying an engineer in cannot offer at these prices.

The city also concentrates the buyers that matter most in the province. Peshawar is the administrative capital and the most developed district in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, with an economy built on services, manufacturing and a significant pharmaceutical cluster. Khyber Teaching Hospital, Khyber Medical University, the University of Engineering and Technology, provincial government departments and the Bank of Khyber’s head office are all here, alongside a private sector expanding steadily across banking, telecoms, private education and healthcare.

Response expectation in Peshawar

Site surveys typically within the same week, scheduled onto our regular Peshawar route. For account customers with a support arrangement, on-site response in the city is generally next working day.

Local Realities

What buyers in Peshawar run into

Specific to this area — what happens, what it costs, and how we handle it differently.

01

National suppliers treating Peshawar as an outstation

Delivery reality

Surveys are scheduled around when an engineer happens to be travelling north, and any physical visit carries a lead time measured in weeks rather than days.

The trust problem

The buyer has no way to hold the supplier to a timeline, because the constraint is genuinely geographic and the supplier has no local presence to escalate to.

What we do

We survey on a route we already run weekly, usually the same week, with our own technicians rather than a subcontractor. Response commitments in our support agreements are ones we can actually meet from two hours away.

02

Grey-market and refurbished stock sold as new

Delivery reality

Peshawar sits on established trade routes and sees more informally imported equipment than anywhere else in Pakistan, much of it perfectly legitimate and some of it not.

The trust problem

A buyer cannot tell from the box, and by the time a warranty claim reveals a unit whose coverage began eighteen months earlier, the supplier relationship is long over.

What we do

Every unit’s serial is verified against the manufacturer warranty portal before dispatch and recorded on your delivery documentation, so you can re-run the check yourself.

03

Warranty claims that leave the province

Delivery reality

Equipment bought from a supplier elsewhere has to be shipped out for any warranty service, taking the item out of use for weeks.

The trust problem

"International warranty" is frequently quoted and frequently unusable in practice for a buyer in Peshawar, which is not obvious until the first claim.

What we do

We supply equipment carrying warranty serviceable in Pakistan and administer claims ourselves. For account customers we hold spares locally so a failure is a swap rather than a wait.

Questions

Supplying Peshawar — common questions

How quickly can you survey a site in Peshawar?

Usually within the same week, and frequently within two or three working days for straightforward requirements. Because Peshawar sits on a route we already run weekly rather than being a special journey, scheduling a survey is a calendar question rather than a logistics one. For larger or multi-site requirements we will often split the survey across two visits — an initial walk to establish scope, then a detailed measurement visit — which produces a more accurate quotation than trying to capture everything in a single rushed appointment.

Do you cover Hayatabad, Cantt and the outer areas of the city?

Yes, across the whole city including Hayatabad, Saddar, Cantt, Gulbahar, Warsak Road, Board Bazaar, Tehkal and out along Ring Road and Pishtakhara. Because the city sits on our regular route there is no travel surcharge within Peshawar itself. For sites in the surrounding districts — Charsadda, Nowshera, Mardan and similar — we cover those as well and will state any travel component transparently in the quotation rather than absorbing it into a unit price where you cannot see it.

Why does buying locally matter if a supplier in Islamabad is cheaper?

Sometimes it genuinely does not, and for a straightforward bulk delivery of standard equipment with no installation component, a supplier elsewhere may well be the right choice. Where local presence earns its cost is anywhere a physical visit is involved: surveys, installation, commissioning, and above all what happens when something fails. A cheaper unit price becomes irrelevant the second time you wait three weeks for someone to travel to site for a fault that takes twenty minutes to fix. We would rather you made that comparison explicitly than assume proximity is automatically worth a premium.

Can you support equipment we bought from another supplier in Peshawar?

For account customers, generally yes. We start by documenting what is actually installed — tracing and labelling cabling, recording configurations, building an asset register and identifying what remains under warranty — because in most cases nobody has done that. Where equipment is still under a manufacturer warranty we will help you pursue the claim even though we did not supply it. What we will not do is quote a wholesale replacement by default; a takeover that begins with "replace everything" is a sales exercise, not an assessment.
