Our Team

The people who specify and install the work

H4 Global Private Limited is a small, qualified team rather than a sales floor with a subcontractor list. The same people who specify a requirement are the ones accountable for it being installed correctly and supported afterwards.

Chief Executive Officer

Engr. Syed Ali Zia

MS Computer Engineering

Sets the technical standard every quotation and installation is measured against, and stays personally involved in tender and multi-site work.

Leadership

Led by an engineer, not a salesperson

H4 Global is led by an engineer rather than a salesperson, and that shows up in how the company quotes. Syed Ali Zia holds an MS in Computer Engineering and built the business around a straightforward observation about this market: most buyers are not short of suppliers willing to deliver boxes. They are short of suppliers who will survey the site first, specify against what the building can actually support, and still be reachable when a switch fails eighteen months later.

That conviction is why installation and after-sales support sit inside the company rather than being subcontracted to whoever is available. It is also why our quotations state generation-level specifications instead of marketing tiers, why every serial is verified against the manufacturer record before dispatch, and why we will occasionally recommend a cheaper configuration than the one asked for. None of it is complicated. It is simply harder to sustain than the alternative.

We would rather lose an order by quoting honestly than win one we cannot deliver properly. A supplier is only worth having if they are still useful to you after the invoice is paid.

Specify against the site, not the catalogue

Every requirement of any size gets surveyed before it is quoted, because a specification written from a description survives contact with the building far less often than anyone expects.

Own the work end to end

Supply, installation, commissioning and support stay with our own technicians. Subcontracting the installation is where accountability quietly disappears.

Commit only to what we can meet

Response windows in our agreements are the ones we can genuinely hit from Malakand Division, stated per district rather than as a single flattering figure.

The Team

DIT

First response on faults and warranty claims, and the engineer most likely to be on site when something needs fixing.

Qualifications listed are those held by each team member. We do not describe anyone as certified by a manufacturer unless that certification is current and we can produce it on request.

Why a small team is the point

A larger supplier separates the person who quotes from the person who installs, and both from the person who answers the phone when it stops working. Each handover is a place where context is lost, and the buyer is the one who absorbs it — usually as a specification that did not account for the site, or a warranty claim nobody owns.

We are deliberately structured the other way. The manager who surveys your site writes the specification. Our own engineers commission it. The support engineer handling a fault eighteen months later has access to the survey notes and the serial listing from the original delivery. That continuity is most of what people mean when they say a supplier is easy to deal with.

It also sets an honest limit. We are six people, so we schedule work rather than promising unlimited simultaneous capacity, and we will tell you when a timeline is not one we can hold. For a buyer who has been let down by an over-committed supplier before, that is usually the more useful answer.
