Distance stops mattering the moment a site visit is involved
For a straightforward bulk delivery of standard equipment, geography is largely irrelevant and a supplier anywhere in Pakistan can serve you. That changes completely once the work involves a survey, an installation, a commissioning visit or a fault response.
A cheaper unit price becomes irrelevant the second time you wait three weeks for someone to travel to site for a fault that takes twenty minutes to fix. That is the comparison worth making explicitly — and in some cases it will point away from us.

What coverage actually means
Do you really cover all of Pakistan, or is that a marketing claim?
We cover Pakistan, but not uniformly, and we would rather set that out than let you discover it. Malakand Division and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are our home ground with local technicians and same-week surveys. Islamabad and Rawalpindi are around three hours away on a route we run regularly. Lahore and Karachi we serve as project work with crews mobilised for the duration, not as an ad-hoc call-out service. Each page states what that means practically so you can judge whether we fit your requirement.
Is there a travel charge for sites outside the Malakand districts?
For district work across KPK and for other cities, travel appears as an explicit line on the quotation rather than being absorbed into equipment pricing where you cannot see it. Within Malakand Division itself there is no travel component. We group site visits by district to keep the cost reasonable — a survey visit and an installation visit to the same area are scheduled together rather than billed as two separate journeys wherever the project timeline allows.
Which areas do you recommend using a local supplier for instead?
For commodity hardware in Lahore or Karachi, a local supplier will almost always beat us on price and speed, and we will say so rather than competing somewhere we add no value. The same applies to small orders in the furthest KPK districts, where travel makes our involvement uneconomic for both sides. Where we genuinely earn a place is project work — specification-led surveillance, multi-site rollouts needing a common standard, consolidated institutional supply, and anything combining IT with power.
Can you support a multi-site organisation across several of these areas?
Yes, and it is one of the requirements where our approach fits best. We design and install a pilot site to a documented standard covering the machine build, network configuration, labelling scheme and documentation format, review it with your team, then replicate it across remaining sites with per-site surveys capturing only genuine variances. That produces an estate your own support function can operate rather than a collection of sites each configured to whoever installed them.
