Request a Quote

Tell us what you need. We'll quote it properly.

An itemised quotation with specification, lead time and warranty term stated per line — not a request to call for pricing.

Typically within 48 hours

Larger mixed schedules may take three to five working days, and we tell you which yours is when you send it.

Free site survey where installation is involved

Quoting installation remotely is guesswork. For anything requiring a visit, we survey first at no charge.

BOQ and tender documents welcome

Send it in whatever form it exists. We quote line by line with compliance stated per item.

No obligation, ever

If we are not the right supplier for your situation, we would rather you found out from a proper comparison.

What Happens Next

From your enquiry to installed equipment

01

Requirement Assessment

We work through what you actually need — specifications, quantities, site conditions, power headroom and existing infrastructure. If a cheaper configuration does the job, we say so.

02

Sourcing & Verification

Equipment is sourced through import channels we can trace. Every unit is checked against its serial and warranty record before it leaves our hands, because grey-market stock is the standing risk in this market.

03

Costed Quotation

You get an itemised quotation with landed cost, lead time and warranty terms stated per line. No "price on application" and no revision after you have committed budget.

04

Configuration & Staging

Machines are imaged, switches are pre-configured, cameras are pre-addressed. Work that can be done at our bench does not get done in your corridor at 2pm on a working day.

05

Delivery & Installation

Our own technicians deliver, mount, wire, commission and test on site — then hand over with documentation. Delivery challan, GST invoice and warranty papers arrive with the equipment.

06

After-Sales Support

Warranty claims are handled by us, not passed to a manufacturer helpline. Spares, maintenance visits and optional AMC cover keep the equipment working past install day.

Before You Send

Questions about the quoting process

What information do you need to produce a useful quotation?

Less than you might think. A description of the problem is enough to start — how many people, what they do, what the building is like, and roughly when you need it. If you already have a BOQ, tender specification or internal requirements list, send that and we will quote line by line against it. What genuinely helps is telling us any constraint we cannot see: a fixed budget ceiling, an access window, a completion deadline, or documentation your process requires.

Will I get a real price or a "contact us for pricing" response?

A real, itemised price. Every line carries the specification, unit cost, lead time and warranty term, with installation and equipment separated so you can take one without the other. Where we genuinely cannot commit a figure — usually because an item needs current landed-cost confirmation from import channels — we say so and give you a range plus the date we can firm it up. What you will not get is a single undifferentiated number you cannot interrogate.

Do I have to commit to anything by requesting a quote?

No. A quotation costs you nothing and carries no obligation, and that includes site surveys — we carry those out without charge for requirements involving installation, because quoting installation work remotely is guesswork. If our quotation is not competitive or we are not the right supplier for your situation, we would rather you knew that from a proper comparison than from a conversation designed to avoid one.

How do I send a BOQ or tender document?

Paste the line items directly into the details field on this form, or email the document to us at the address below and reference your enquiry. Institutional buyers usually already have the specification in a spreadsheet or PDF, and re-typing it into a web form helps nobody. Send it in whatever form it exists and we will normalise it, flag any ambiguities, and quote against it.
