Who We Serve

Six sectors, six genuinely different problems

The hardware barely changes between a school, a hospital and a district office. What changes completely is when you can work, what documentation closes the file, and what happens if the schedule slips. These pages set out how we handle each.

What Every Buyer Evaluates

Seven questions, whatever the sector

Buyers rarely doubt that a supplier can obtain the equipment. These are what they are actually assessing.

Are you a real, registered business?

A registered private limited company with GST invoicing and verifiable people behind it.

Is the equipment genuine?

Serials verified against manufacturer warranty records before dispatch, and recorded on your paperwork.

Who honours the warranty?

We do — claims are administered by us, and we supply warranty serviceable inside Pakistan.

Can you actually install it?

Our own technicians, not subcontractors, with a documented commissioning record at handover.

What happens in month seven?

Spares held for account customers, scheduled maintenance, and optional AMC with honest response windows.

Will it arrive when you said?

Lead time stated per line at quotation, and told to you when it slips rather than when you ask.

Will the paperwork close our audit?

Challan itemised against the PO, GST invoice, warranty certificates and serial listing with the goods.

Questions

How sector focus works in practice

Why does it matter which sector we are in? Equipment is equipment.

The equipment often is the same. What differs completely is the constraint around installing it. A hospital cannot close, so work is phased ward by ward into access windows agreed with clinical staff. A school has one term break a year, so an overrun collides with a timetable that cannot move. A government department is bound by tender rules that make a discontinued BOQ line a compliance problem rather than a purchasing one. A supplier who treats all three the same will fail two of them.

We fall into more than one sector. Which page applies?

Read whichever describes your operating constraints most closely — a private teaching hospital genuinely sits across both healthcare and education, and a bank-owned training centre sits across banking and education. The sector pages are written around constraints rather than legal classification, so pick the one whose problems you recognise. In practice we survey your actual situation regardless, and the sector framing exists to show you we understand it before you call.

Do you charge differently for public-sector work?

Not on the equipment, but public-sector quotations are structured differently. They are itemised strictly against the BOQ line format so a committee can evaluate item by item, with installation, commissioning and training priced as separate identified lines rather than absorbed into equipment cost. That structure exists because tenders are frequently evaluated on those components, and bundling them disadvantages an honest bid. Multi-site delivery is also priced per location so the true distribution cost is visible.

Our sector is not listed. Do you still work with us?

Yes. These six cover the majority of our work but they are not exclusive — we supply manufacturers, hospitality, retail chains, telecoms, construction firms and professional services practices regularly. The six pages exist because those sectors have distinct enough constraints to be worth writing about separately. If yours is not here, the process is identical: tell us the requirement and the constraints, and we will survey and quote against both.

Get Started

Tell us your constraints, not just your requirement.

When you can work, what documentation you need and what cannot go down — those shape the quotation as much as the specification does. Send us both.
