Eight supply lines, one accountable supplier
Equipment sourced, configured, installed and supported — with the same party answering the phone when something needs attention.
Built for buyers who cannot afford the wrong equipment
Most suppliers in this market compete on unit price and stop caring at the loading bay. We compete on what happens after — whether the equipment is genuine, whether it was installed properly, whether the paperwork closes your audit, and whether anyone answers in month seven.
We treat power and IT as one purchase
With commercial tariffs past PKR 48 per unit, most organisations are evaluating solar and an equipment refresh in the same budget cycle. Because we supply both, one site visit sizes the array, checks whether your UPS still holds the load it was specified for, and verifies that servers and network gear survive an inverter switchover cleanly. That last check is the one almost nobody runs.
Power & solar solutionsFrom requirement to installed, running and documented
Six steps rather than four. The granularity is deliberate — it is what separates a supplier from a trading company.
Requirement Assessment
We work through what you actually need — specifications, quantities, site conditions, power headroom and existing infrastructure. If a cheaper configuration does the job, we say so.
Sourcing & Verification
Equipment is sourced through import channels we can trace. Every unit is checked against its serial and warranty record before it leaves our hands, because grey-market stock is the standing risk in this market.
Costed Quotation
You get an itemised quotation with landed cost, lead time and warranty terms stated per line. No "price on application" and no revision after you have committed budget.
Configuration & Staging
Machines are imaged, switches are pre-configured, cameras are pre-addressed. Work that can be done at our bench does not get done in your corridor at 2pm on a working day.
Delivery & Installation
Our own technicians deliver, mount, wire, commission and test on site — then hand over with documentation. Delivery challan, GST invoice and warranty papers arrive with the equipment.
After-Sales Support
Warranty claims are handled by us, not passed to a manufacturer helpline. Spares, maintenance visits and optional AMC cover keep the equipment working past install day.
Six sectors, six genuinely different problems
A hospital that cannot close, a school with one term break a year, and a department bound by tender rules do not need the same supplier behaviour.

Education
Schools, colleges and universities — computer labs, smart classrooms, campus networks and the power to keep them running.

Healthcare
Hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centres — clinical workstations, records infrastructure, protected power and surveillance that meets safeguarding needs.

Government & Public Sector
Departments, authorities and district offices — tender-compliant supply with the documentation, substitution justification and delivery evidence audit requires.

Banking & Finance
Branch networks, ATMs and back office — standardised rollouts, segmented networks, evidential surveillance and power that does not interrupt trading.

Corporate & SME
Growing companies and established businesses — office fit-outs, equipment refreshes, network builds and the support arrangement that follows.

International Organizations
UN agencies, INGOs and donor-funded programmes — supply timed to the grant calendar and specified for the partner who inherits it at project close.
Based in Malakand Division, working across Pakistan
National suppliers treat the Malakand districts as an outstation — a survey scheduled around when an engineer is next travelling north, and a warranty claim that means shipping equipment out of the province. Being here changes that arithmetic entirely.
We are equally straightforward about where we are not local. In Lahore and Karachi we take on project work rather than competing on commodity supply, and we say so rather than claiming uniform national coverage that thins out on contact.
Peshawar
A route we run weekly from Malakand, roughly two hours away. Same-week surveys, and warranty administered inside the province rather than shipped out.
DetailsKhyber Pakhtunkhwa
BaseSwat, Dir, Mardan, Abbottabad, Kohat, Nowshera, Swabi, Bannu and D.I. Khan — district coverage from our base inside the province.
DetailsIslamabad & Rawalpindi
The twin cities — federal departments, corporate head offices and a dense technology sector, served on a regular delivery route from KPK.
DetailsLahore
Punjab’s commercial centre — supplied on scheduled delivery, with installation crews mobilised for projects rather than call-outs.
DetailsKarachi
Pakistan’s commercial capital and port of entry — project supply, multi-site branch work and consolidated institutional orders.
DetailsStraight answers on cost, sourcing and procurement
The questions buyers actually ask, answered with figures rather than a request to get in touch.

What does H4 Global actually supply?
Computers and laptops, servers and storage, printers and scanners, network equipment and structured cabling, CCTV and access control, solar and power backup, interactive smart screens, and consolidated general supply for institutions. We work on an order basis rather than from a catalogue, which means we specify against your actual requirement instead of selling you whatever is in stock. Everything we supply we also install and support.
Do you only sell equipment, or do you install it as well?
We supply, install, commission and support — and the installation is done by our own technicians rather than subcontracted. That distinction matters more than it sounds. A great deal of equipment in Pakistan is delivered to a reception desk by a trading company and never properly commissioned, which is why organisations end up with cameras that cannot identify anyone and networks nobody can diagnose. Our handover includes tested, working equipment and the documentation to prove it.
Where in Pakistan do you operate?
We are based in Malakand Division and work throughout Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including Swat, Dir, Buner, Mardan, Peshawar, Abbottabad and the wider district network. We also serve Islamabad and Rawalpindi on a regular route, and take on project work in Lahore and Karachi where the requirement is specification-led rather than commodity supply. We are straightforward about what local presence means in each area rather than claiming uniform national coverage.
How do I know the equipment is genuine and not refurbished?
Every unit has its serial number checked against the manufacturer warranty portal before dispatch, and the result is recorded on your delivery documentation so you can re-run the check yourself. Grey-market and refurbished-as-new stock is a real problem in Pakistan and it is sharper in Peshawar than anywhere else because of the trade routes. Serial verification is the only reliable way to separate a genuine unit from a returned one, and we treat it as standard rather than as reassurance offered on request.
How quickly will I get a quotation?
For requirements built from commonly available equipment, typically within 48 hours. Larger mixed schedules or items needing current landed-cost confirmation from import channels may take three to five working days, and we will tell you which category yours falls into when you send it rather than leaving you waiting. If you are working to a tender submission deadline, say so up front and we will prioritise accordingly.
Tell us what you need. We'll quote it properly.
Send a specification, a BOQ, or just a description of the problem. You will get itemised pricing, lead times and warranty terms — not a request to call for a price.
