A supplier that installs, not a trading company
H4 Global Private Limited supplies the computers, power systems and security infrastructure that organisations across Pakistan depend on — and then installs, commissions and supports them. The second half of that sentence is the part most of our market skips.

Pakistan has effectively no domestic production of IT hardware. Everything is imported, which means the actual product a supplier sells is not the equipment — it is sourcing reliability, landed-cost certainty, and whether anyone stands behind the thing once it is installed.
That is a market where a great deal can go wrong quietly. A refurbished laptop re-boxed as new looks identical until the warranty portal says coverage began eighteen months ago. A camera system passes acceptance on channel count and fails the moment an investigation asks for usable footage. A network is installed by whoever was cheapest, nothing is labelled, and every future fault begins with an engineer tracing forty identical grey cables by hand.
We built H4 Global around closing those gaps rather than competing on unit price. Every serial checked against the manufacturer warranty record before dispatch. Installation by our own technicians instead of subcontractors. Documentation delivered with the goods because an audit cannot close without it. Warranty claims administered by us instead of handed back as a service centre phone number.
None of that is technically sophisticated. It is simply what a supplier ought to do, and in this market doing it consistently turns out to be a genuine differentiator.
Positioned deliberately narrow
We are not a managed services provider, not a software house, and not a retail store. We supply equipment, we install it, and we support it — across eight categories that genuinely belong together because they all end up in the same building, drawing from the same power and sitting on the same network.
Four commitments we can actually be held to
Not values on a wall. Each of these is something you can check, and something you should hold us to.
We verify before we ship
Every serial checked against the manufacturer warranty record before dispatch, with the result on your delivery documentation so you can re-run the check yourself. Anything returning an unexpected activation date is rejected before it reaches you.
We install what we sell
Commissioning is done by our own technicians, not subcontracted to whoever is available. Handover means tested, working equipment with a documented commissioning record — not boxes at a reception desk.
We document as standard
Delivery challan itemised against your purchase order, GST invoice, warranty certificates and serial listing arrive with the consignment. For installations you also get the rack diagram, port schedule and credential record.
We say what we cannot do
Our EPADS registration is in progress rather than complete. In Lahore and Karachi we take project work rather than competing on commodity supply. Stating those plainly is what makes our other claims worth something.
Brands we routinely source
We source from these manufacturers through import and distribution channels we can trace. We do not hold authorised distributor status for any of them and we will not claim it — the wording matters, because plenty of suppliers in this market blur that line.
What we do commit to is that the warranty we supply is serviceable inside Pakistan, and that we administer the claim rather than handing you a phone number.
Eight lines that belong together
They end up in the same building, drawing from the same power, sitting on the same network. Supplying them separately is how the gaps between them become somebody else's problem.
Questions about the company
Who is H4 Global Private Limited?
A registered private limited company based in Malakand Division, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, supplying, installing and supporting IT equipment, power backup and security systems for businesses and institutions across Pakistan. We work on an order basis rather than running a retail catalogue, which means every requirement is specified against what the customer actually needs. Our positioning is deliberately narrow: we are a supplier who installs and supports, not a trading company and not a managed services provider.
Are you an authorised distributor for the brands you supply?
No, and we are careful about the wording for that reason. We source equipment from manufacturers including HP, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, Hikvision, Dahua, APC and others through import and distribution channels we can trace, but we do not hold authorised distributor status and we will not claim it. What we do commit to is that every unit is serial-verified against the manufacturer warranty record before dispatch, and that the warranty we supply is serviceable inside Pakistan.
Why should we use you rather than a larger national supplier?
For a straightforward bulk delivery of standard equipment with no installation component, a larger supplier may genuinely serve you better, and we will say so. Where we earn our place is anywhere a physical visit matters — surveys, installation, commissioning, fault response — and anywhere the requirement spans categories that most suppliers handle separately. Being inside the Malakand districts rather than treating them as an outstation changes the practical arithmetic for anyone buying in KPK.
What does "order-based supply" actually mean for us as a buyer?
It means we do not hold a catalogue you pick from, and we do not push whatever is currently in stock. You describe the requirement, we specify against it, and we source accordingly — which is why a quotation from us states generation-level specifications rather than marketing tiers, and why we will sometimes recommend a cheaper configuration than you asked for. The trade-off is that we are not the fastest route to a single item off the shelf; for that, a retail supplier will serve you better.
Judge us on a quotation rather than a page about ourselves.
Send a requirement and see what comes back — specification detail, lead times, warranty terms and whether we tell you something you did not want to hear.
